I have spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, having owned my own restaurants, cafes and catering businesses in several towns and cities. During my extensive time in commercial kitchens, I have trained apprentices, and have hosted Tafe classes. I have noticed over the last 20 years, the limited opportunities people have in learning the very basics needed to feed their families cheap and healthy meals. It is our aim to not only teach the very basics of cooking, but to enable our customers to learn all the intricate techniques used in the modern commercial kitchen. Whether it be to save money and enable your family to eat more healthy, or to have a get together with friends and family on a Friday or Saturday Night, having fun in your own kitchen, being coached on some awesome culinary skills, while making your own restaurant quality food.
